  6. Pour diced tomatoes and a little bit of juice on top of the fish
  7. Sprinkle salt (and other seasonings you prefer to use) and parmesan on top of fish
  8. Wrap the top pan with aluminum foil then, place into the oven at 350 for 20mins.
