  5. sprinkle mushrooms in casserole dish
  6. sprinkle 3/4's cheddar cheese
  7. beat eggs
  8. tear remaining 1/4 French bread into pieces & add to casserole dish
  9. add onion,red pepper,nutmeg,black pepper,dijon mustard,italion seasoning & milk & cream & mix together
  10. make sure all bread is covered with custard (may need to mix with hands)
  11. top with remaining cheddar & parm cheese
  12. let set a few hours or overnight
  13. bake uncovered for 45 min's to an hour. (a knife should come out clean in the middle)
  14. let cool for 10 min's & serve
