To begin with this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few components. You can cook crepes using 7 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Crepes:
  1. Take Milk: 1 1/4 cup of milk
  2. Take Eggs: 2 large eggs
  3. Make ready Butter: 2 tablespoon of melted butter or olive oil
  4. Get Sugar 2 tablespoon of sugar for savory crepes, 2-3 sweet
  5. Make ready Salt: 1/2 tsp of salt
  6. Take Flour: 1 cup of flour

Steps to make Crepes:
  1. Place the eggs and milk in a bowl. Then add the olive oil/butter (butter will give a thicker consistency)
  2. Separately in another bowl place the flour, salt and sugar. Then add to the dry mixture about 1 cup of the liquid and mix.
  3. Add the rest of the liquid and mix to form a smooth, watery batter.
  4. Cooking: after lining the pan with butter use 1/4 cup of the batter into the hot pan. Spread the batter and fill making sure it is spread evenly and thin.
