  3. Layer 3-combine caramels and heavy whipping cream into a sauce pan. Melt on medium heat. Mix with dry roasted peanuts and vanilla. ( I prefer salted Caramel peanuts) Pour over layer 2 evenly. Return to freezer
  4. Layer 4- Repeat layer 1 and freeze for a couple of hours to let the chocolate set.
