  2. Continue boiling for 5 minutes over medium high heat or until candy thermometer reads 234° F (or forms ball when dripped in room temp water). Stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips until melted. Add marshmallow cream and vanilla; beat until well blended.
  4. Pour into a lightly greased foil lined dish. Cool until set at room temperture or refrigerate until set.
