  1. Mix all puffs ingredients except water into a bowl, add water gradually while kneading, until the dough smooth and not sticky. Wrap the dough, keep into the fridge ±15 mins Veggie puffs1. Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, put on mushroom and carrot, stir fry ±2 mins, add pinch of salt & pepper, add on abit of water. Stir for a while, then add on the eggs, scramble until cooked.

  4. Deep fry until both side golden colored.
