Prepare 3 Tbsp. Cidar Vinegar
Get 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Prepare For Plating :
Make ready Cucumber
Make ready Small onions

Make ready Cherry tomatoes

First Fillet the Snaper Fish.
For breading: Combine all ingredients and set a side.
Heat Oil.
