The ingredients needed to make Chickpea salad:
Take 100 gms Boiled Chickpeas
Prepare 50 gms Chopped Onions
Take 50 grams diced tomatoes
Get 50 gms diced cucumber

Prepare 1 tbsp Roasted flaxseeds
Make ready 1 tbsp Roasted sunflower seeds

Instructions to make Chickpea salad:
Soak chickpeas for 6 - 7 hours or overnight. Next morning pressure cook them for 2 whistles.
Let them cool a bit.Take out chickpeas in a separate bowl.
Add boiled chickpeas, chopped tomatoes,onions, cucumber in a bowl.Sprinkle salt acc to taste, a tsp of olive oil (optional).
Toss salad nicely. Garnish with coriander.Cover it & keep it in fridge for half & hour. Take out from fridge & then add roasted seeds.Seeds will crunch in salad.
You can also grate paneer or add avocado chunks & capsicum chunks along with tandoori sauce if little calories are ok to you.I eat it raw so eat without any kind of sauces or seasoning.
