Wash the bulgur wheat and soak it in water for 5-7 minutes till it drain well.
Chop all the vegetables, herbs, green onions and tomatoes draining excess juice if needed.
Place all in a large bowl and toss or mix all gently; parsley, mint, tomatoes, lemon juice, garlic, radish, peppers, cinamon, salt and at the end add the olive oil and flaxseed (optional)
