  1. In a big bowl add all the stuffing ingredients and mix well with spoon.
  2. Knead the flour with with adding 1 tablespoon oil and then water.
  3. Take the required dough in hand flatten it and put one spoon of stuffing and close it carefully.
  4. Flatten it on board with rolling pin carefully without putting much pressure as the stuffing can bulge out.
  5. On medium flame heat the tawa and first put bit oil and clean it with the help of potato or onion now put the paratha and cook from both sides applying oil.
