Prepare 7-8 okra (bhindi)

Take 2-3 tbsp peanuts roasted and coarsely grinded
Prepare 1 tsp Sesame seeds roasted

Get 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Get 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
Get 1/2 tsp Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
Take 3 tablespoons Gram flour / besan

Steps to make Bharwa bhindi in dahi kadi:
First roast and grind the peanut and sesame seeds coarsely and add all the spices in the powder.Next take bhendi wash and set completely and cut the top of it and slit from the centre and take out the seeds with the help of backside of spoon and fill the prepared mixture of peanut and keep ready.
Heat oil in a pan with only 1 tbsp and fry the bhendi on low flame.Next for making curry take sliced onion,chopped gingerand garlic and saute till onion becomes light brown in colour and keep aside to cool down and then grind it into smooth paste, in the same pan add 2 tbsp oil add jeera,mustard seeds let splutter then add hing.
Next add curry leaves and add grinded paste with adding all the spices and saute on a low flame for 10minutes.
Next beat the curd and add curd into the prepared masala make sure it should be on low flame while adding curd and mix slowly and last add garam masala and coriander leaves and the fried stuffed bhendi mix gently and keep for 5 minutes on low flame to cook.
Serve with chapati or rice this yummy stuffed bhendi dahi curry.
